DTAP Clinic Medical Group is a medical clinic based in Singapore that offers GP+ medical services. The clinic serves as a bridge
between GP and specialist care, offering an extensive range of services that may extend beyond regular GP’s reach. Special focus
areas include men’s health and women’s health, including sexual health, weight management, and mental health.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Doctor, located in Singapore. The Resident Doctor will be responsible for providing clinical care and treatment to patients, managing and supervising medical care, conducting patient consultations, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Resident Doctor will also be responsible for providing medical advice to patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
➢ Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
➢ Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council
➢ Certificate in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Clinic Assistant or Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will support clinical operations by assisting with patient care, performing blood draws, and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic.
➔ Assist patients in the clinic by providing a welcoming environment, addressing questions, and preparing them for
their procedures or consultations.
➔ Attend to phone calls, replying to patient inquiries via email and whatsapp.
➔ Accurately record patient information and maintain updated medical records in compliance with clinic policies
and confidentiality standards.
➔ Coordinate appointments, manage front desk operations, handle patient registration, billing, and payments.
➔ Assist doctors in procedures such as chaperone, ecg, wound dressing, circumcision and other surgical
procedures
➔ Perform blood draws, manage specimen labeling and handling, and prepare samples for laboratory testing in
compliance with safety protocols.
➔ Ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and maintain a clean and
organized workspace.
➔ Adhere to infection control and safety standards as per clinic protocols, including maintaining cleanliness and
sterilization of equipment and the clinic environment.
➔ Proven experience as a Phlebotomist or Clinic Assistant; previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
➔ Certification in Phlebotomy or related fields (if applicable).
➔ Knowledge of medical terminology, safety standards, and phlebotomy techniques.
➔ Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
➔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
➔ Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach.
➔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.
➔ Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
